The exhaust of a liquid-propellant rocket engine, in this case a combination of  liquid hydrogen (LH2, H₂), the fuel or the element that burns, and liquid oxygen (LOX, O2), the oxidizer or keeps the flames alive, which turn into energy, heat, and residue in the form of H₂O, water!
